Elk Bolognese
This was one of the best meals that we have had recently. Loved it so much, we may come again tomorrow before heading home Saturday morning.
Snake River Pale Ale
Friend brought me back a couple cans of Pako's IPA. Very well done. Love this beer. Need more. One of the better IPAs out there in my opinion.
California
Had California pizza on the Gluten Free crust and was very good!
Bison Burger
One of the best burgers I have ever had. Every time I come to Jackson the Snake River brewpub is where I stop for lunch. This burger is cooked perfect! Not dry but juice and full of flavor. The pub has outside seating so bring along your furry friends. The beer is one of the best. I like them all but the Zonker is out of this world!
Smoked Trout Dip
The Smoked Trout Dip is truly one of the most fantastic dips I have had in my life. And I am from South Florida where Seafood dips are all the rage. My boyfriend and I are always quick to order this every time we come to SRB. The flavors in this dip are explosive, and the chip to dip ratio is truly stunning. I give it a 12/10 every time.
Walnut & Gorgonzola
You usually get great beer OR great food. Here we got both. Well done, SNBC.
Bison Burger
Snake River was a much needed piece of paradise. My husband and I stopped here after a long three days of backpacking in the Tetons and were in dire need of sustenance. We wanted to eat big so we each got the Bison Burgers and were not disappointed! Certainly was the fullest we had felt in days. Not only was the food amazing, but if you ask us, Snake River brewed the best Hefeweizen we had during our 2 week adventure in this and the Yellowstone area. We will be returning soon. Probably tonight...
Wood-Fired Nachos
Veni vidi vici This past 4th of July weekend, we visited downtown Jackson and was looking to grab some local craft beer and food. A quick search revealed Snake River Brewery a few blocks away.... Sigh. We did not want to drive. Reviews decent, but you know how that is.... What the heck, off we went. Walking in at lunch on a Saturday, we were greeted and promptly shown to our seats up by the bar. Holy moly, great menu options. The bartender was no help, she just said "yeah, it is all good.....". Thanks...... Why, yes please, can I order one of everything? We ended up ordering Wood Fired Nachos, BBQ Pig and Peach Pizza, Bison and Beef Chili. A ton of food came out with our bartender just laughing at the shocked look on our faces. Pig and Peach, peach? Really? Well, I am here to tell you A+++++++. The combo just works, each flavor compliments each other......Everything was perfect, amazing presentation and amazing flavor. I destroyed my meal in record time. Washing the meal down, I enjoyed a perfect pour of Earned It IPA - actually had three, but who is counting..... This is the straight poop. Breweries fall in three categories. 1. Great food, crappy beer, crappy venue 2. Great beer, crappy food, crappy venue 3. Great venue, crappy beer, crappy food ****a few more variations, but you get the point Snake River Delivers the perfect trifecta. Great beer, great food, great venue!!!! Amazing. We travel full time, basically brewery to brewery in our overland rig, so I consider us IPA Professionals. The absolute icing on the cake, the creme de la creme ------- veterans get one free beer. Say what? Yup, it's true. This alone had us coming back during our Grand Teton visit. We bought a hat and hoodie for each of us, the merch is awesome as well. In hindsight, I am trying my hardest to think and come up with a negative, I can't.... Sorry just that awesome. As a military combat vet, I will quote one of my hero's - General MacArthur "I will return!"
