Spanish for "The Cerveza." A traditional Mexican style lager brewed with flaked maize to create a crisp, golden beer. This crushable brew has a sweet floral aroma.

An unfiltered, classic German wheat beer. The banana and clove-like flavors are derived from the specific Bavarian yeast. There is merely a hint of hop flavor added so as not to compete with the yeast notes.

A beer named after the goodest of boys, Wooski, because we all know every good dog deserves a beer named after them. The Wooski Brewski is a hazy IPA that's been fruited with passion fruit, orange, and guava. The perfect tropical blend to go with the Galaxy and Idaho 7 dry hops.

A rich, well-balanced foreign style stout. Huge roast malt flavor and a creamy body characterize this "nitro stout".

Golden, light, and refreshing. Emulating the export lager of the German city of Dortmund, this beer is full in flavor and thirst quenching. The main malt used to create this beer is an imported pilsner malt. A nice bettering is achieved with German lineage hops.

Earned It is a New England style IPA packed with all the hop goodness you love but with none of the bitterness. A combination of Citra, Mosaic, Azacca and Ekuanot hops create an aroma of intense citrus and stone fruit.

Snake River Pale Ale is an American pale ale. Golden in color, it is brewed with domestic malt and plenty of Cascade, Idaho 7 and El Dorado hops and dry-hopped with even more Cascade and Centennial. It has a citrusy hop flavor which is followed by a crisp, firmly bitter finish.

Pako's IPA (rhymes with "TACOS") is named for our mascot, Pako the dog! This golden hued ale is a full flavored, fully hop-evident IPA that will have the hopheads rejoicing. A pungent Simcoe/Mosaic blend produces both bitterness and an explosive hop aroma.

Jenny Lake Lager is an amber colored Vienna style lager. An authentic German lager yeast strain insures a mild profile. Imported German malts impart a rich, caramel flavor which is balanced with the subtle use of continental hop varieties. The malt forward, slightly sweet profile of Jenny Lake Lager makes it a fine complement to pizzas and red meat.
