Le Serpent Cerise

A bold brew inspired by the sour ales of West Flanders. After primary fermentation, it is inoculated with multiple souring organisms and laid down in French oak barrels for a minimum of one year. A blend of Oregon pie and sweet cherries give this beer its fruity aroma and reddish color.
