We are closed for 2 days of deep cleaning and re-organizing… Right above there you see a couple brewers moving barrels into their new home, while our head brewer, Cory, scrubs scrubs scrubs the basement floor. We moved some things around and our basement is now a cellar, perfect for cellaring all of our barrel aged beers! Also we might have taken a break to try a couple of the barrels…
And they were delicious! I can’t wait to share this delicious beer with you all! In addition to cleaning and reorganizing, we moved some of the Danimal’s into barrels for aging and souring. Then we had to move those barrels to the
basement cellar for storage and aging.
Also, Rudy did some metal work, which is always awesome! He made us a new loop for storing the water hose… now if we can all just manage to remember to put the hose back! Hope you all don’t miss us too badly on our cleaning break and we will see you Wednesday!
