Tripel Black Diamond
This is Rudy’s recipe emulating a Belgian Trippel. Imported malt is used to re-create the monastic character of this Belgian strong ale. Golden in color, with a slightly estery, fruity, yeast-derived character from the authentic Westmalle strain. If you’ve conquered all the double black diamonds at the ski resort then it’s time you challenge yourself with a Trippel Black Diamond!
