Silky Wilky


Beertender Matt Wilkins helped create this unfiltered Weizenbock style ale.  Wheat malt gives this beer a silky smooth mouthfeel. A Bavarian weizen yeast produces fruity esters and spicy phenolics, and in an unusual twist we lightly dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops to add even more complexity to the aroma.  ABV 7%  IBUs 25
