Danimal’s Farmhouse Ale
DFA is a Belgian Saison style ale spiced with grains of paradise and lemongrass. Thirty percent wheat malt adds to the body. For 2014, the brew is a blend of old and new, 30% of the batch is one year old barrel-aged Danimal’s and 70% newly fermented. This unfiltered ale has a fruity flavor with a dry finish.
